Law firm introduction
Attorney-at-law Michael Kloter founded our business law firm in 1995. We specialise in consultancy and litigation in economic law, in general civil law and criminal law (in particular white-collar-crime). In doing so, our primary goal is to always find a broad spectrum of optimal solutions for the specific legal issues of our clients.
With our extensive experience, combined with continuous, personal support, we are ideal partners notably for SMEs. We maintain as far as possible long-term partnerships and offer comprehensive advisory services with holistic proposals for solutions to satisfy all requirements.
In addition to legal advice we provide general fiduciary services, such as accounting functions, including tax consulting, for our clients. In this way, we offer a one-stop service solution for our foreign customers, especially in the context of relocations and newly established companies. For clients from abroad, we also exercise control functions with respect to their Swiss companies. To be able to provide hands-on support for our clients from abroad, we work with a network of carefully selected correspondent law firms.
From our two offices in Zollikon and Winterthur we are pleased to advise you in several languages, including German, English, French and Italian. All our attorneys are members of the Zurich Lawyers' Association and the Swiss Lawyers' Association.
